Overview

Upload Files from Computer

Files can be uploaded directly from your computer and added to a Chat, Agent, or Project as a knowledge source.

Select Files from Integrations

Files from connected integrations like SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, or OneDrive can be selected and added to a Chat, Agent, or Project as knowledge.

Sync integration folders

Use Folder Sync in the Knowledge section of an Agent or the Context section of a Project to connect entire folders from SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Confluence Cloud. Their contents are regularly synchronized. Semantic search applies to text documents, supported spreadsheets are read directly, and images are excluded. Confluence Cloud Folder Sync imports pages from named folders, not page attachments. An Agent or Project can attach up to five synced folders.

Library Folders

Folders in the Library hold files for active work in chat, Agents, and Projects. Use Folders when you want to reuse the same files across multiple chats or with your team. Upload options: Computer, Recent Files, or eligible chat attachments In the Agent editor, select Add folders in the Folders row, then choose the Library Folder. The Agent can read its files but cannot edit the Folder or save files back to it. An Agent can attach up to five Library Folders with read access.

Knowledge bases

A Knowledge base enables structured uploading and management as a shared semantic search collection. Cloud workspaces support up to 1,000 files. Dedicated deployments use their configured limit. Upload options: Computer or API

Integration Actions

Knowledge can be dynamically retrieved via actions from integrations through API. This is especially useful for vector databases.
