Select Meetings in the sidebar, then Shared with me to find meetings others have shared with you. If a shared meeting is missing, see Troubleshooting.Public meeting links
If your workspace allows public meeting links, meeting owners can create a link in the meeting’s Share dialog under Public link.- Anyone with the link, including people outside your workspace, can view the summary without signing in.
- They can’t see the transcript or personal notes.
- The dialog offers 7 days by default. A link lasts at most 30 days.
- You can remove the link at any time.
Your workspace admin decides whether public links are allowed. If an admin turns off Allow public meeting links, all existing public links stop working. See Data & sharing.
