Who can see your meetings
- Your personal notes in My notes are visible only to you, even when you share the meeting.
- People you share with see the summary. They also see the transcript and chat, unless your workspace hides transcripts. Editors can edit the summary. See Sharing and access.
- Public links, if your workspace allows them, let anyone with the link read the summary, including people outside your workspace. They can’t see the transcript or your notes. Links expire after at most 30 days.
- Hidden transcripts: if your workspace hides transcripts, nobody can see them, including meeting owners and admins. The summary stays available, including to chat, workflows and the API. If an admin turns this setting off again, existing transcripts become visible again.
How your meeting data is stored
- Audio: Langdock doesn’t store your meeting audio. Audio is transcribed as it streams, and only the text transcript is saved. The desktop app keeps audio on your computer only until the transcript is saved.
- Transcripts and summaries are stored in your workspace and kept until you delete the meeting.
- Summaries and meeting chat use the AI models configured in your workspace.
