System Skills are built into Langdock and are always active for all users. They require no installation, no configuration, and cannot be disabled. There are 7 System Skills in total.

File generation Skills

These four Skills handle file creation and processing silently in the background. They do not appear in the Skills listing and activate automatically when you ask Langdock to generate or process the corresponding file type.

These three Skills are always active for all users and are visible in the Skills listing.

What admins and users can configure

Neither admins nor users can disable System Skills. They are always on for the entire workspace. System Skills do not count against the 8-skill limit for workspace-mandated Skills or the 20-skill limit for active Skills per user.
Other pre-built Skills such as Data Analyst, Image Studio, and Brand Voice are available in Langdock but are not System Skills. They need to be installed and enabled like any other Skill.
