Subscribing to Langdock
After your trial ends, subscribe to continue using Langdock.Go to billing settings
Navigate to Workspace Settings → Billing.
Choose your billing cycle
Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle to select your billing period. Annual billing saves 20%.
Choose AI model pricing
Check AI Models included to have model usage included in your seat price, or uncheck it to use your own API keys (BYOK) at a lower seat price.
Applying a Promotion Code
If you have a promotion code, you can enter it during checkout:- Follow the subscription steps above until you reach the Stripe checkout page
- Click Add promotion code below the order summary
- Enter your code and click Apply
What’s Included in Your Subscription
Your Langdock subscription can include multiple components:| Component | Billing Model | Notes |

Workflows AI usage: When workflows use AI models (e.g., Agent nodes), the token costs are usage-based—they’re not included in the seat price, even if you have “AI Models included” for Chat & Agents.
Managing Your Subscription
Once subscribed, you can manage everything through the Stripe billing portal.Open the billing portal
Go to Workspace Settings → Billing and click Manage payment & invoices.
Switching to Annual Billing
Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. You can switch directly in the Stripe billing portal:Open the billing portal
Go to Workspace Settings → Billing and click Manage payment & invoices.
If the billing cycle switch doesn’t work for your account, contact support@langdock.com or cancel your current plan and resubscribe with the new billing cycle.
Upgrading Workflows
The Starter workflows tier is included with Chat & Agents. To upgrade for more workflow runs:- Go to Workspace Settings → Billing
- Scroll to the Workflows section
- Select Business 40k or Business 100k based on your needs
- Click Upgrade to add the workflows package to your subscription
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Workspace Settings → Billing
- Click Manage payment & invoices
- In the Stripe portal, click the pencil icon next to your payment method
- Add a new card or update existing details
Updating Billing Information
To change your billing email, company name, address, or VAT ID:- Go to Workspace Settings → Billing
- Click Manage payment & invoices
- In the Stripe portal, click Update information under the Billing Information section
- Update your details and save
Canceling Your Subscription
- Go to Workspace Settings → Billing
- Click Manage payment & invoices
- Click Cancel subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
Reactivating a Canceled Subscription
If you’ve canceled but want to continue:- Go to Workspace Settings → Billing
- Click Reactivate on your plan card
- You’ll be taken to Stripe to confirm reactivation
