Prerequisites

Before proceeding, please ensure that your Slack workspace has ‘Slack Connect’ enabled. This feature allows secure communication across workspace boundaries.

Getting Started

  1. Identify and Share Participants
    Determine which team members should have access to the shared channel. Compile a list of email addresses and provide these to your designated Langdock person of contact.
    Please note: any additional team members can be added to the channel at any time following the initial setup.
  2. Channel Creation and Invitation
    The Langdock team will create the shared channel and send invitations to all specified participants.
  3. Administrative Approval (if required)
    Depending on your organisation’s Slack configuration, a Slack administrator may need to approve the channel creation. If prompted, please coordinate with your internal Slack administrator to authorise the setup.
