# Static IP Configuration

> Langdock Platform's static IP address for network security and firewall configurations.

# Static IP Configuration

Langdock Platform operates from a dedicated static IP address to enhance security and enable precise network configurations for enterprise environments.

## Static IP Address

**IP Address:** `4.185.103.44`

This static IP address is used for all outbound connections from the Langdock Platform. This includes integration requests to third-party services, Actions making HTTP requests to external endpoints, webhooks, and connections to custom or on-premise systems. If your organization uses firewall rules to restrict inbound traffic, whitelist this IP to allow Langdock to connect to your services.

## Security Benefits

The static IP configuration enables several security advantages:

* **Firewall Whitelisting**: Configure your corporate firewall to allow traffic specifically from Langdock's IP address
* **Network Monitoring**: Track and audit all Langdock Platform traffic through a single, identifiable IP address
* **Access Control**: Implement precise network access policies based on the known static IP
* **Compliance**: Meet enterprise security requirements that mandate IP-based traffic control

## Implementation

### Firewall Configuration

Add the following rule to your firewall configuration:
Allow outbound traffic to: 4.185.103.44
Protocol: HTTPS (TCP/443)

### Network Security Policies

When configuring network security policies, reference this IP address for:

* Outbound traffic rules
* Proxy server configurations
* Network access control lists (ACLs)
* Security monitoring and logging

## Verification

To verify the static IP configuration is working correctly:

1. Check your firewall logs for traffic from `4.185.103.44`
2. Monitor network connections during Langdock Platform usage
3. Confirm all Langdock traffic originates from the specified IP address

## Next Steps

* Configure your firewall rules to whitelist the static IP address
* Update your network security documentation to include this IP address
* Inform your security team about the dedicated Langdock IP for monitoring purposes

For additional network security configurations or questions about IP address usage, contact your Langdock administrator or support team.
