# Getting Started

> Learn about SCIM user provisioning and how to configure it for your Langdock workspace.

## SCIM Overview

SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) enables automatic user provisioning between your identity provider and Langdock. When you add or remove users in your identity provider, those changes sync automatically to Langdock.

<Note>
  Users provisioned via SCIM are added directly to your workspace and do **not** receive an invitation email from Langdock. Communicate access to new users through your own internal channels.
</Note>

## Setup Checklist

Before configuring SCIM, ensure you have:

* Access to an admin account in your Langdock workspace
* Administrator access to your identity provider with rights to manage Enterprise applications
* SAML already configured for your Langdock workspace (see [SAML Setup Checklist](/en/admin/security/saml/saml#setup-checklist))
* Verified email domains for all users you provision or update through SCIM
* An existing Enterprise application set up for SAML

## Supported Identity Providers

Langdock supports SCIM 2.0 with:

* [Microsoft Entra ID](/en/admin/security/scim/entra)
