# Luma

> Connect Luma to Langdock to manage events, guests, and calendars from your conversations

## Overview

Luma is an event management and calendar platform. Once connected, you can use Langdock to create and manage events, handle guest lists, send invites, and manage tickets directly from your conversations.

## Prerequisites

* A Luma account with an active calendar

## Setup

  <Step title="Get your API key from Luma">
    Find your API key in [Luma's API settings](https://lu.ma/settings/api).

  <Step title="Navigate to Integrations in Langdock">
    Go to [Integrations](https://app.langdock.com/integrations) and find **Luma** in the list.

  <Step title="Enter your API key">
    Paste the API key and save.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start using Luma in Langdock">
    Tag the integration with `@` in any agent to start managing your events and guests.

## Troubleshooting

| **Authentication failed** | Verify the API key in Luma Settings → API                               |
| **Event not found**       | Use the list events action to find the correct event ID                 |
| **Permission denied**     | Ensure your Luma account has the necessary permissions for the calendar |
