# Subscription

> Subscribe to Langdock, manage your billing cycle, upgrade plans, and handle payments.

Manage your subscription in [Workspace Settings → Billing](https://app.langdock.com/settings/workspace/billing).

## Subscribing to Langdock

After your trial ends, subscribe to continue using Langdock.

  <Step title="Go to billing settings">
    Navigate to [Workspace Settings → Billing](https://app.langdock.com/settings/workspace/billing).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your billing cycle">
    Use the **Monthly / Yearly** toggle to select your billing period. Annual billing saves 20%.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose AI model pricing">
    Check **AI Models included** to have model usage included in your seat price, or uncheck it to use your own API keys (BYOK) at a lower seat price.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Subscribe">
    Click **Upgrade** on the Business plan card. You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete payment.
  </Step>

  For Enterprise plans (1,000+ users), contact [support@langdock.com](mailto:support@langdock.com) for a custom quote.

### Applying a Promotion Code

If you have a promotion code, you can enter it during checkout:

1. Follow the subscription steps above until you reach the Stripe checkout page
2. Click **Add promotion code** below the order summary
3. Enter your code and click **Apply**

The discount will be reflected in your total before you complete payment.

## What's Included in Your Subscription

Your Langdock subscription can include multiple components:

| **Chat & Agents** | Per seat (user)         | Billed per assigned [Business seat](/en/admin/manage-usage/plans) or [Business Max seat](/en/admin/manage-usage/plans). Volume discounts apply. |
| **Workflows**     | Per workspace           | Starter tier included. Upgrade for more runs.                                                                                                   |
| **API**           | Usage-based (per token) | Only billed if you use the API.                                                                                                                 |

  **Workflows AI usage**: When workflows use AI models (e.g., Agent nodes), the token costs are usage-based. They're not included in the seat price, even if you have "AI Models included" for Chat & Agents.

## Managing Your Subscription

Once subscribed, you can manage everything through the Stripe billing portal.

    Go to [Workspace Settings → Billing](https://app.langdock.com/settings/workspace/billing) and click **Manage payment & invoices**.

  <Step title="Choose what to manage">
    In the Stripe portal you can:

    * Update your subscription (change plans, billing cycle)
    * Update payment method
    * View and download invoices
    * Cancel your subscription

## Switching to Annual Billing

Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. You can switch directly in the Stripe billing portal:

  <Step title="Update your subscription">
    Click **Update subscription**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select yearly billing">
    Toggle to **Yearly**, select your plan, and click **Continue**.
  </Step>

  If the billing cycle switch doesn't work for your account, contact [support@langdock.com](mailto:support@langdock.com) or cancel your current plan and resubscribe with the new billing cycle.

## Upgrading Workflows

The Starter workflows tier is included with Chat & Agents. To upgrade for more workflow runs:

1. Go to [Workspace Settings → Billing](https://app.langdock.com/settings/workspace/billing)
2. Scroll to the **Workflows** section
3. Select **Business 40k** or **Business 100k** based on your needs
4. Click **Upgrade** to add the workflows package to your subscription

## Updating Payment Method

1. Go to [Workspace Settings → Billing](https://app.langdock.com/settings/workspace/billing)
2. Click **Manage payment & invoices**
3. In the Stripe portal, click the **pencil icon** next to your payment method
4. Add a new card or update existing details

## Updating Billing Information

To change your billing email, company name, address, or VAT ID:

1. Go to [Workspace Settings → Billing](https://app.langdock.com/settings/workspace/billing)
2. Click **Manage payment & invoices**
3. In the Stripe portal, click **Update information** under the Billing Information section
4. Update your details and save

## Canceling Your Subscription

1. Go to [Workspace Settings → Billing](https://app.langdock.com/settings/workspace/billing)
2. Click **Manage payment & invoices**
3. Click **Cancel subscription**
4. Confirm the cancellation

<Warning>
  After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved, and you can resubscribe at any time.

## Reactivating a Canceled Subscription

If you've canceled but want to continue:

1. Go to [Workspace Settings → Billing](https://app.langdock.com/settings/workspace/billing)
2. Click **Reactivate** on your plan card
3. You'll be taken to Stripe to confirm reactivation
