# Shared Slack Channel

> Set up a shared Slack channel with Langdock for direct communication, fast support, and product updates.

Shared Slack channels give your team direct access to Langdock for questions, feedback, and use case discussions. We also use these channels to share product updates and announcements.

  Shared channels are available for enterprise customers. Contact your Langdock account manager to get started.

## Prerequisites

Your Slack workspace needs **Slack Connect** enabled. This feature allows secure communication across workspace boundaries. If you're unsure whether it's enabled, check with your Slack administrator.

## Setup Process

  <Step title="Share participant list">
    Determine which team members should join the channel and send their email addresses to your Langdock contact. You can add more team members anytime after setup.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Receive invitations">
    The Langdock team creates the shared channel and sends invitations to all participants you specified.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve the connection (if required)">
    Depending on your Slack configuration, a Slack administrator may need to approve the channel. If prompted, coordinate with your internal Slack admin to authorize the setup.
